The Gillette Soccer Club is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to the growth and development of competitive soccer players to participate in the highest level of soccer competition consistent with the governing bodies of the Federation International de Football Association ( FIFA ), United States Soccer Federation ( USSF ), United States Youth Soccer Association ( USYSA ), and Wyoming State Soccer Association ( WSSA ) ; providing an opportunity for the advancement of soccer players who desire to pursue serious, competitive soccer. Our dedication is focused to provide and teach coaches and players sportsmanship, respect for each other and officials, the enjoyment of soccer and other club activities.

SPRING 2012 REGISTRATION DETAILS:

Spring soccer season registration for the Gillette Soccer Club is now open. Spring registration will be open until March 1st, 2012, so get registered soon! There is no price increase this year!

We are excited about the Spring Season! We are bringing a coach from Sao Paulo, Brazil to the club for Spring. He will be working with Coaches and teams from April 15 – May 15th. This will provide a new, outside prospective to our coaching staff.

Registration fees for Spring Season 2012
Gillette Soccer Club accepts boys and girls ages 8 and up for our soccer program.

New Players – Players that are new to the Gillette Soccer Club
Registration - $110.00 (Includes WYS Player Card)
Family Volunteer Fee - $50 (One per family! Refunded by volunteering for the club!)
Uniform - $65 (Includes 2 jerseys, shorts and socks)

Returning Players – Players that played in Fall 2011 or Indoor 2011/2012 Season
Registration - $75.00

All fees must be paid at the time of registration via credit card or eCheck, there is no option to mail a check this year. This simplifies our book keeping!

Scholarships
The Gillette Soccer Club does provide for a number of scholarships. The scholarship applications are reviewed by the executive committee only, to provide for privacy. Players needing a scholarship need to apply with the Scholarship Application Form on the www.gilletteedge.com website. The form must be completed and submitted no later than February 19, 2012! Please wait until you hear from Kim about scholarship approval before registering your child as she will provide a voucher number for you to use!

2012 Spring Uniforms
Those with the existing Adidas Uniforms will NOT need a new uniform.

Evaluations
Player Evaluations will be held sometime during the first part of March. Teams for Spring must be turned into the state by March 18th for league play. An announcement will be made about evaluation dates and times.

Onsite registration
Onsite registration/parent informational meeting will be held on February 15 & 23 from 7 PM to 8 PM at the Campbell County Recreation Center Canyon Room.

Coaching announcements will be made after the February 20, 2012 Board of Directors meeting.
