Fall Registration Communication

EDGE Families,


We are excited to announce that Fall 2026 Registration is now open! Registration will remain open through August 1, 2026, and we encourage all families to register as soon as possible to ensure proper team placement and planning for the upcoming season.


New Uniforms for Fall 2026


As part of our club's uniform cycle, all players will be required to purchase a new uniform kit for the Fall 2026 season. We are excited to introduce a fresh look for Gillette Soccer Club and appreciate your support as we continue to provide a professional and unified appearance for all of our teams.


Uniform ordering information, pricing, and instructions will be distributed to families as soon as the ordering process is finalized. Please watch for additional communication through TeamSnap One regarding uniform purchases in the coming weeks.


Registration Information


The Fall registration fee is $150 per player. Please note that this fee covers player registration only and does not include tournament fees.

Tournament fees will be handled in one of the following ways:

  • If the TeamSnap One invoice feature is available, tournament fees will be invoiced and paid directly through the TeamSnap One app.
  • If the invoice feature is not available, tournament fees will be collected by individual team coaches.

Tournament fees must be paid in full by the roster submission deadline in order for players to be eligible to participate in tournaments. Timely payment is critical, as clubs are required to submit official tournament rosters prior to each event.


TeamSnap One App Required


As we continue to improve communication throughout the club, all parents and guardians are required to download the TeamSnap One app. Moving forward, all club communication, team updates, schedules, practice information, weather notifications, tournament details, and important announcements will be distributed exclusively through TeamSnap One.


If you have not already done so, please download the app and ensure your contact information is current. This will be the primary method of communication for the Fall season and beyond.


GSC Board Elections & Annual General Meeting (AGM)


The Gillette Soccer Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Board Elections will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026.


Per the club by-laws, individuals elected to board positions will serve until the next Annual General Meeting. All club members in attendance are eligible to vote, with one vote permitted per active player.


We are actively seeking individuals who are interested in becoming more involved in the club and helping shape its future. The following board positions will be elected this year:

  • Vice-President
  • Public Relations (PR)
  • Secretary
  • Director of Coaching
  • Tournament Director
  • Equipment Manager


If you are interested in learning more about any of these positions or would like to nominate someone, please contact president@gilletteedge.com.

Please note: Nominations will not be accepted during the AGM and must be submitted prior to the meeting.


Our club's success depends on dedicated volunteers, and we encourage anyone interested in making a positive impact on our players and community to consider serving.
